Supply terms

This is a business-to-business parts catalogue. Orders are handled as inquiries: after you send a basket, our team confirms availability, lead time, delivery method and the binding price.

Some parts are supplied in exchange and carry a core deposit shown on the part page. The deposit is refunded when your old unit is returned in accordance with the terms agreed at order confirmation.

Delivery terms, minimum order value and payment conditions are agreed per order. Cross-border delivery within Europe is available; terms depend on destination and order size. Returns of correctly supplied parts are handled case by case under agreed B2B terms.
